Our policy for payment on past due water bills is as follows:

The current amount due on your water bill plus 10% of the past due amount will be required to be paid by the 25th of each and every month until the account is current.  If this total payment is not made, the account will be considered delinquent and water service may be shut off.  In addition, tap revocations procedures may be initiated. 

Accounts that are 60 days Past Due may also be subject to an additional 1.5% monthly late fee.
