IHWD BOARD MEETINGS
The IHWD Board of Directors normally meets every 3rd Thursday of the month at the Indian Hills Community Center on Parmalee Gulch Road at 6:30pm. (Although sometimes an exception has to be made due to Board member schedule conflict). Any changes are posted at least 24 hours in advance on this web site, at the IH Post Office, the district bulletin board, and are submitted to the Jefferson County Clerk.
The public is welcome and encouraged to attend. Or, you may submit a question or concern by phone or e-mail (see Contact Us) to Kristin at the office and it will be discussed with the Board of Directors at the meeting and a response will be provided following the meeting.
If you would like to speak and ask the Board a question in person please call the office in advance of the meeting so that you can be placed on the agenda and alloted the time to do so. You may also sign in at the meeting to speak during Audience/Customer Concerns. There is a 3 minute time limit per speaker.
